When contacting the Support Center

  • Provide a detailed description of your question.
  • The information provided must be accurate (as governed by the Project Rules )
  • Answer to Support questions correctly and in order (this will help speed up the process of reviewing your application)
  • Carefully follow the instructions and recommendations given to you by the Support Service staff.
  • Do not be rude. Employees of Support Center are people too.

We also remind you that only Support Service employees are authorized to solve all the problems and difficulties that arise during your game. Addressing the question to the Support Service guarantees you a solution to all troubles as soon as possible.

How to apply your ticket

  • Go to the main page of our site - https://valhalla-age.org
  • Log in to your account

  • On the left, select the Support.

  • Selecting a tab "Create ticket"

  • In the form that appears, fill in all the items and click "Submit".

  • After that, your ticket will be sent to the Support Center
  • At the beginning, status of your application will be marked as "Being Processed". This means that it still does not have a response from the Support Center employees.

  • When the answer is given, the status of the application changes to "Awaiting Response"

  • When the issue is resolved, the application will be closed and marked with the status "CLOSED"
