One of the most important game mechanics is epic bosses. In “War of the Elements” update, we have almost completely changed the idea of this process. The stylization of the process has undergone changes and equated the number of bosses with the number of fractions, this creating peculiar duets.
Now between players and bosses there is not only a confrontation, but also a full-fledged symbiosis. This, two will fight for victory at once - a fraction and an elemental dragon, together.
The situation is a bit unusual. Here is an example on wind fraction:
All players of the wind fraction become defenders of the wind dragon - Lindvior. Their task is quite simple - not to let the dragon die during the event. The task of the remaining 3 factions is much more transparent - you can beat everyone around, but the defeat of the wind faction and the death of Lindvior will be considered as victory.
- Dragons do not move and they can only use 4 skills: mass poison, stun, slow and heal allies.
- Defenders always spawn behind their boss, at a short distance.
- Some of the damage taken by defenders is transferred to the boss.
- Defenders cannot heal, buff/debuff, or damage their dragon.
- If at the end of the zone (60 minutes) the dragon survived, then automatically the first place belongs to the fraction of defenders.
